The AT-8 and AT-5 Open Back Assembly Tables. clamping arm rides on an open beam that allows face frames to extend beyond the top of the table. Face frames of six or seven feet in height are no longer a problem! The Open Back table opens up possibilities and shortens construction time for the most difficult jobs.
- FAST - The extruded aluminum arm glides smoothly on sets of sealed ball bearings.
- SAFE - The bottom rail of the table is set at 32", while the angle of the tabletop is shallower than typical. This allows for a very comfortable stance that can be maintained longer with less stress to the user.
- FLEXIBLE - Each table can be easily converted to use two arms or run an additional cylinder per arm. In addition, each table is available with the Open Back to accept panel and frames taller than 4' or an economical basic set up.

The AT-8 Open Back is built using sturdy beam construction and a highly efficient, ergonomic design. The four cylinders can be repositioned and clamped in one simple hand motion. The super ridged, high precision beam is light and strong. A convenient screw tray is inches away from the job at all times. The AT-8 Open Back.s bottom rail is placed 32 inches above floor level to help reduce operator fatigue.
The AT-5 Open Back is built from the same sturdy stock used in our larger machines, but it takes up 30% less space! It is designed to meet space restrictions of even the smallest shops and still handles jobs of over eight feet.

Assembly Tables - Basic Series
Because of its low profile squaring fence, the AT-8 Basic Series can handle the work of a 12 foot assembly table. The highly efficient design allows the hold-down cylinders to be repositioned and clamped in one, quick, smooth action for fast production. The super rigid, high precision beam is both light and strong, and moves effortlessly on ball bearings.
The AT-8 Basic is equipped with a pressure regulator, pressure gauge and hose for a pneumatic air screw driver*. The convenient screw tray is inches away from the work at all times. The AT-8 Basic's highly ergonomic design places the bottom rail at 32" above floor level to reduce bending, reaching and operator fatigue.

The AT-5 Basic Series is built using the same sturdy construction of our Open Back series. With a footprint of only five feet by four feet, this table takes up 35% less space and meets the space restrictions of even the smallest shop environments. Because of the open fencing system, it can handle face frames of well over six feet. The AT-5 Basic utilizes the one hand clamping system riding on a high precision beam. Simply put, this table sacrifices nothing in materials or workmanship. The space and cost savings make it an easy addition to your shop.
