- If you have trouble viewing our movies, click HERE to download a CODEC file to play them. When the file is done downloading, double click on the file to run and install it. Then try to open the movie again.

- Does not work on Win3.1, Win95, Win98, Win98SE and WinME or Mac (It will run on Mac using a Windows emulator such as Virtual PC).
- If you are using the anti-spyware tools SPYSWEEPER or SPYWARE DOCTOR and are using version VERSION 6.6 AND BELOW ONLY, please UNINSTALL THEM, as they can cause severe conflicts with our software. Systems that are using either one or both of these utilities and our software can not be supported.
- VERSION 5.0 AND BELOW CUSTOMERS: If you upgrade to the newest version of the software, your jobs that were created in the older versions can not be converted or updated.
- Cabinet Solutions Software is not usually compatible with 4 in 1 printers. It is recommended that you do not use Cabinet Solutions on the same computer as the 4-in-1 printer.
- VISTA CUSTOMERS: The newest Cabinet Solutions does work on Windows Vista, but you need to have the program Run As Administrator in order to work. To do this, you Right Click on the Cabinet Solutions Icon, then left click on Proporties. Then you click on the Tab marked Compatiblity. Finally, you put a checkmark next to where it says Always Run as Administrator. Its the very last option on that screen. Then click on Apply, then OK. You will always get a security message asking you to Allow or Cancel Cabinet Solutions from running, so you click on allow.
